A Better Way to Build

Coady Built was founded with a simple belief: homeowners deserve a remodeling experience grounded in honesty, organization, and craftsmanship that stands the test of time.

We’re not the cheapest option — and we don’t aim to be. We’re the team that:

  • Shows up with real budgets, not lowball numbers

  • Communicates clearly from start to finish

  • Works with a consistent, trustworthy crew

  • Refuses to cut corners or hide mistakes

  • Treats your home with the same respect as our own

We build every project like we’re signing our name on it. Because we are.

OUR TEAM

Matthew Coady is the founder and driving force behind Coady Built Inc., a residential remodeling firm known for craftsmanship, transparency, and elevated client care. With more than 25 years in the industry, Matt launched Coady Built in 2020 with a simple standard: elite work, done by an elite team.

His approach blends design-minded thinking with meticulous project management, supported by a tight-knit in-house crew and a trusted network of subcontractors who share his commitment to detail and respect for the homes they work in.

From major additions to full-home transformations, clients trust Matt not only for the workmanship but for the partnership — clear communication, accurate budgeting, and a process built around honesty and confidence.

Matt lives with his son Ferris in Southborough, MA in a renovated 1840’s farmhouse.  Outside of work, Matt is a dedicated father who spends much of his time supporting his son’s school and sports. When he’s not on a jobsite or cheering from the sidelines, you’ll likely find him on the water at Marina Bay, in the gym, cooking for friends and family, snowboarding in the winter, or out on a motorcycle enjoying New England’s backroads. Those passions keep him grounded and fuel the balance, discipline, and creativity he brings to every project.
